General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are valid for all your legal relationships with Halegra AG. GTC are accepted by signing up for a training or any other service provided by Halegra AG. Different GTC might apply if both parties agree.

1. Training

Intellectual property

All rights related to the provided training material belong to Halegra AG. The material cannot be handed over to third parties, reproduced, copied, processed in any way without the written consent of Halegra AG.

Prices and payments

All prices are without VAT, as educational service delivered in Switzerland are tax free. When delivering services in other countries, VAT might be added as regulated by national laws. Payments for courses have to be completed before the training start, according to the payment instructions provided by Halegra AG. Prices do not cover any travel or accommodation costs.

Training delivery

In case the number of participants is not sufficient for the successful delivery of the training Halegra AG can cancel or reschedule the course up to 10 days before the start. Participants are going to be informed 10 days prior to the delivery date if the course is going to take place or not. In case of cancellation, the paid course fee is going to be reimbursed or participation rescheduled for another training.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling Halegra is not going to reimburse any costs linked to accommodation or traveling.
Force majeure might cause changes in the delivery mode (live presence, on-line), rescheduling or cancellation of the training on a shorter notice as well.

Exclusion

Halegra AG reserves the rights to exclude participants prior or during the training if the behavior of the participants is not professional and adequate or might harm interests of Halegra AG. In this case 20% of the paid amount is going to be deducted as processing fees, the remaining part reimbursed.

Deregistration

Participants can deregister from the training under following conditions:

  • 14 days before the training: Free of charge
  • 14-7 days before the training: 50% of the price
  • Less than 7 days before the training: 100% of the price

Applicable law and jurisdiction

All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
