Our education offerings provide the knowledge and understanding needed to create, work in and further develop agile organizations. Participants new to this world gain the knowledge required to get going. Experienced practitioners deepen their expertise, gain insights and inspiration to further change and develop their organizations.
All of our courses and workshops contain a good mix of theoretical and practical learning, tailored to participants’ needs and interests.
Basic training
Basic courses provide the knowledge necessary to start building the foundation of an agile organization, enabling teams to change their way of working. Topics covered are the Scrum Framework and Lean.
Advanced training
Building on basic training, our advanced courses help participants understand what kind of changes are required at the organization level, and how to initiate and lead the change in their organization. Additional topics covered include commercial mindset, safe environment, facilitation, awareness and many others.
Enabling packages
Enabling packages are set of courses and coaching sessions combined together. They help participants to jump start in the new world, reach next development levels, or prepare for a change
Hands-on labs
Hands-on labs enable practitioners to jump-start into daily business with the topics learned in basic and advanced training. During these hands-on sessions participants practice how to start working quickly on complex topics, facilitate teamwork, make commercial decisions in fast-changing environments.
On-the-job support
We can join your teams, organization for a workshop, event or meeting and, through real-life work environment, guide them in applying the learnt topics to make progress towards their goals.
Exchange
Individuals and teams are welcome to join the exchange sessions we organize for practitioners in our network. Participants can share their experience, learn from one another, and network with colleagues across industries and countries
