Information you provide to us
The information we collect depends on the interaction and/or relationship we have. If you’re just contacting us to get information, we’ll store your name and email address. In case you’re registering with us, signing-up for or buying our services we’ll collect the following data: name, address, phone number, email, payment methods, your interests, current employer and their address. When you’re applying for a position, permanent or temporary, either with us or with our clients, we will store data necessary for job-applications: name, gender, address, date of birth, phone numbers, email, nationalities and work permits, professional experience, education, skills, potentially your picture and extracts from relevant registries. In case of hiring, we’ll collect additional data relevant for managing the employment contract: tax and social security related information, bank details, salary information and some form of identification.
Automatic data collection
Our webhosting provider, hosttech GmbH, stores a log history for every access to our website. The log entries contain the following data: page visited, the IP-address, referrer and information about the browser used.
